Weightlifting is one of the essential parts of the CrossFit workout. The CrossFit philosophy strongly adheres to the insertion of the Olympic lifts in its daily programming.
We can train athletes to become better Olympic Weightlifters by improving on their weightlifting techniques, as well as making athletes more explosive and powerful in their respective sport. Mobilis CrossFit weightlifting will focus on improving strength and proficiency in regards to the Snatch, Clean and Jerk and all other related lifts.
