
Mobilis Lift-Off | Part 2
After the big success of the first edition in November 2017, we decided to organize it again, but a little sooner in the year. So the next Lift-Off will be held on Sunday April 22nd!
Just like last year, the event will have 3 workouts:
1) Snatch.
Within a time-frame of 20 seconds, you will attempt your heaviest snatch. You will be selected into a heat and get 3 total “rounds” of 20 seconds. You are allowed as many attempts within those 20 seconds, but you have to finish in a fully extended position for the lift to count.
2) Clean & Jerk.
Within a time-frame of 20 seconds, you will attempt your heaviest clean & jerk. You will be selected into a heat and get 3 total “rounds” of 20 seconds. You are allowed as many attempts within those 20 seconds, but you have to finish in a fully extended position for the lift to count.
3) AMRAP of 15 minutes

We have 3 divisions like last year. Rx’d, Scaled 1 and scaled 2. That means that there is no excuse to not participate.
Doors will open at 10:00. Briefing starts at 10:15 and the first heat will start at 10:30. Target time to finish is 13:15, but subject to change.

There will be no CrossFit kids classes at Amstel.
No Mobility WOD at Amstel at 09:00
Afterwards?
We’ll first announce and reward the winners and then kick-off with a Mobilis style BBQ!
Like always, bring any type of food you like, we’ll provide the drinks (but of course feel free to bring more)
