20 Shoulder 2 Overhead 40/30kg

Note:
With the DL you must do at least 5 reps
With the HPC you must do at least 4 reps
With the FSq you must do at least 5 reps
With the S2OH you must do at least 4 reps
So make up your mind how long you need to rest in between
If you do less reps? They don’t count.
