A. Death By Burpees and Pistols
Minute 1: 1 Burpee & 1 Pistol
Minute 2: 2 Burpees & 2 Pistols
Minute 3: 3 Burpees & 3 Pistols
etc. until you fall off the minute.
☆ If you fall off you have to complete the remaining burpees it takes to get to 100 total
☆ So for example if you do 10 burpees but only get to 9 pistols on the minute
you have to complet 45 burpees more for your total time for the workout
